PROS
- Speedy performer
- Excellent battery life
- Vibrant and crisp display
- 4 years of OS updates
CONS
- Dated-looking teardrop notch
- Lots of bloatware
- No HDR support on display
- Primary camera's dynamic range could be better
The Samsung Galaxy M34 does a good job with many smartphone fundamentals. You receive quick performance, astonishingly long battery life, and a good main camera that should satisfy all of your fundamental requirements. The Samsung Galaxy M34 provides excellent value for your money and holds its own against the competition for a price around 20,000. If battery life is your top priority when purchasing a smartphone, don't think twice to get it. Its battery life is practically unmatched. There are a few flaws, though: the main and ultrawide lenses' dynamic range might be improved, the display doesn't support HDR, there is a tonne of adware preloaded, and the teardrop notch looks quite antiquated at this price in 2023.
full review of the Samsung Galaxy M34 5G
Reviewing Samsung's smartphone lineup for 2023 has been intriguing. The corporation is deliberately striving to stylistically converge all of its smartphone series, regardless of whether they are luxury or entry-level models. The recently released Samsung Galaxy M34 5G is a good illustration of it. The rear panel, at least, has a design language that is strikingly similar to the S series' flagship models. Impressive is the Samsung Galaxy M34 5G. It has a very enormous 6,000 mAh battery, the tried-and-true Exynos 1280 SoC, and its primary camera delivers really outstanding pictures in daylight. However, the obtrusive question of whether the phone is worth your hard-earned money and how well does it function continues. I address this and other issues in my thorough assessment.
Review of the Samsung Galaxy M34 5G: Structure and Design
The Samsung Galaxy M34, as I've already indicated, is a perfect match for the 2023 line of Samsung smartphones since it has that unmistakable, distinctive design with the circular camera modules positioned vertically that makes it stand out from the majority of competitors. Even so, I still do not think this is the ideal design for a smartphone in its price range, despite how much I value the consistency.
The Samsung Galaxy M34's rear panel is constructed of polycarbonate, which has a glass-like appearance but is an incredible magnet for fingerprints and smudges. It was quite difficult for us to maintain the rear panel clean enough to take quality product pictures. After washing the tablet, the fingerprints appear seconds later, which is annoying. Just as with other Samsung products we've evaluated this year, the camera modules have a sophisticated appearance. A lovely and unobtrusive Samsung logo is also present on the bottom.
A verdict on the Samsung Galaxy M34 5G
Many smartphone fundamentals are executed flawlessly with the Samsung Galaxy M34. You get blazingly fast performance, astonishingly long battery life, and a respectable main camera that should satisfy all of your fundamental demands. The Samsung Galaxy M34, which is around 20,000 won't break the bank and delivers excellent value despite the competition. If battery life is your main priority when purchasing a smartphone, don't hesitate to get it because it has an almost unmatched battery life. However, there are a few flaws: the main and ultrawide lenses' dynamic range might be improved; the display does not support HDR; there is a tonne of adware preloaded; and the teardrop notch, especially at this price in 2023, looks incredibly out of date.
